Arthut Bishop is the “Mechanic 2” in a movie which could have dropped out of the fountain pen of Ian Fleming, while writing one of his novels about James Bond, as it seems almost alike: lots of action, fast paced performer, lacks depth. Well, but it shows insane stunt scenes, captivating landscapes and a supple through the picture jumping permeable hero: Jason Statham alias Arthur Bishop! Elegant as a Panther he chases the evil … No wonder before his time in the film, the British guy shows a good figure as a professional diver for the British national team. You already know him as audacious “Transporter” from the TV, where he also shows up almost unshaven and without hair, but as a real man! He copes delicate jobs and bewitches women dressed up the italian stile. Nothing has changed: Bishop appears and Gina succumbs. Actually Arthur Bishop wants to step out of the murderous action scene, but his nemesis Riah Crain (Sam Hazeldine) does not allow, unceremoniously he robs his just found love of his life, Girlfriend “Gina” (Jessica Alba). Bishop, the “Mechanic”, has to kill again, three mighty men, three impossible assassinations. To fulfill this order, he again has to jet around the world and do what no one can do as well as he can: commit murder and make it look like accidents. As compensation he gets back the “Beautiful Gina”.
